Shipnest uses the following sub-processors to run the platform and deliver tenant-connected services. Every entry below has a current Data Processing Agreement with Craft Lab, SLU that binds them to equivalent or stronger data-protection obligations than the Shipnest DPA.
We'll notify you at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor (the notification lands on the admin email on file and here — whichever you see first). To object, email info@shipnest.app within the notice period.

Carrier entries (UPS / FedEx / DHL / etc.) only receive data for tenants who have connected that specific carrier in Settings → Carriers. If your organisation doesn't use a given carrier, we don't share anything with them.
